Grilled Veggies

  • 1 Packet Burger Night
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 Zucchini Cut lengthwise into 1/2 inch strips
  • 6 Carrots Cut lengthwise in half, stocks removed
  • 1 Onion Large sized, peeled, cut into medium thick slices
  • 3 Corn Large sized, shucked, cut into 4 inch cobblets


  • Rinse and pat dry all vegetables.
  • Cut vegetables into quarters or large pieces as directed above.
  • In a large bowl, combine cut vegetables, 1/2 packet of Burger Night, and 2 Tbsp. olive oil. Mix well, coating vegetables completely.
  • Pan fry or grill until tender and thoroughly cooked.
  • Sprinkle remaining 1/2 packet over vegetables just before cooking is finished. Serve hot.
