Grilled Veggies
Ingredients
- 1 Packet Burger Night
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 Zucchini Cut lengthwise into 1/2 inch strips
- 6 Carrots Cut lengthwise in half, stocks removed
- 1 Onion Large sized, peeled, cut into medium thick slices
- 3 Corn Large sized, shucked, cut into 4 inch cobblets
Instructions
- Rinse and pat dry all vegetables.
- Cut vegetables into quarters or large pieces as directed above.
- In a large bowl, combine cut vegetables, 1/2 packet of Burger Night, and 2 Tbsp. olive oil. Mix well, coating vegetables completely.
- Pan fry or grill until tender and thoroughly cooked.
- Sprinkle remaining 1/2 packet over vegetables just before cooking is finished. Serve hot.
