Greek Marinade

Perfect for tender, juicy greek seasoned meats and veggies.

  • 1 packet Greek Night
  • 1/2 cup Water (2 tbsp for marinade, 6 tbsp for cooking)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1.5 lbs Chicken, Beef, Lamb, or Veggies.


  • Mix 1/2 packet Greek Night seasoning and 2 Tbsp. water in a bowl.
  • Combine with 1.5 lbs. chicken, beef, lamb, or veggies.
  • Massage in, cover, and rest in the fridge for 15 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Heat 2 Tbsp. olive oil in sauté pan over medium heat*. Sauté meat or veggies 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Add 6 Tbsp. water and simmer to reduce liquid.
  • Sprinkle remaining 1/2 packet of spices evenly over both sides of meat or veggies. Finish cooking until tender, juicy, and cooked thoroughly.
  • Rest meat then serve.
  • *Greek Night contains a small amount of cinnamon which will burn if cooked over medium-high to high heat. Cook at medium temperature and rotate items frequently to prevent burning.
