Mix 1/2 packet Greek Night seasoning and 2 Tbsp. water in a bowl.
Combine with 1.5 lbs. chicken, beef, lamb, or veggies.
Massage in, cover, and rest in the fridge for 15 minutes to 1 hour.
Heat 2 Tbsp. olive oil in sauté pan over medium heat*. Sauté meat or veggies 3-4 minutes on each side.
Add 6 Tbsp. water and simmer to reduce liquid.
Sprinkle remaining 1/2 packet of spices evenly over both sides of meat or veggies. Finish cooking until tender, juicy, and cooked thoroughly.
Rest meat then serve.
*Greek Night contains a small amount of cinnamon which will burn if cooked over medium-high to high heat. Cook at medium temperature and rotate items frequently to prevent burning.
