Greek Dip
Matt & Bama's adds a touch of smoky herbaceousness to this cool, cucumbery tzatziki style favorite.
Ingredients
- 2 Tsp Greek Night
- 1 Tbsp Water
- 1/2 Cucumber Peeled, Seeded, and Chopped
- 1 1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp White Vinegar
Instructions
- Mix 2 Tsp. Greek Night seasoning and 1 Tbsp. water in a bowl.
- Peel, seed, and finely chop 1/2 cucumber.
- Combine Greek Night and cucumber with 1 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt, 2 Tbsp. olive oil, 1 Tbsp. white vinegar.
- Sprinkle on more Greek Night to taste and serve.
