Chili
Ingredients
- 1 Packet Taco Night
- 1 1/2 Lbs Ground Meat Beef, Turkey, Game, or Plant
- 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
- 4 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 32 Oz Crushed Tomatoes Can
- 16 Oz Crushed Tomatoes Can
- 32 Oz Water *use tomato can to measure
- 1 Can Black Beans Drained and Rinsed
- 1 Can Great Northern (White) Beans Drained and Rinsed
Instructions
- In large pot, heat 4 Tbsp. oil
- Brown 1.5 lbs. ground meat
- Stir in Taco Night packet until well coated
- Stir in 2 Tbsp. tomato paste and saute 2 mins
- Add 1 32 oz. and 1 16 oz. can of crushed tomatoes and 32 oz. water. Bring to boil then reduce heat to simmer for 30 mins
- Add 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed), 1 can great northern beans (drained and rinsed), simmer for 20 mins., serve.
